[LACNIC/Politicas] Setting up a regional IRR database

Hola,

Quería consultar si existe interés en la región para solicitarle a  
LACNIC la implementación de una base de datos IRR (Internet Routing  
Registry) que se sincronice con las bases de los otros RIRs y con RADB.

Los beneficios serían:
	- Algunos Carriers lo requieren, si bien ofrecen sus bases de datos,  
sería bueno tener la información en un punto neutral (radb ahora cobra).
	- Podemos comenzar a publicar los objetos IPv6.
	- Si es de interés uno puede generar facilmente sus políticas de  
routing a partir de ella.

Dear all,

I just wanted to survey if there is interest in the region to ask  
LACNIC to set up a regional IRR (Internet Routing Registry) database  
and synchronize it with the other RIRs databases and RADB (which  
charges now).

The benefits would be:
	- Several Carriers are requesting the registration in order to  
publish prefixes, they offer their own databases but, what if you  
stop your contact relationship with this carrier.
	- We could start publishing route6 objects (good start for IPv6!).
	- If you use it to generate our routing-policies it is an easy  
method to do it.
