[LACNIC/Politicas] Propuesta de política global de distribución de IPv4

Hola Nicolás

A la fecha de hoy [1] hay 49 disponibles, descontando
el reservado 240.0.0.0/4

El número que corresponderá a M, depende del espacio que esté  
disponible,
por ejemplo, si quedan 26 /8s en IANA, entonces si algún RIR solicita  
dos (2) /8
entonces inmediatamente se dividiría el espacio entre N (5 por RIR),  
y lo que quede
se asignaría al RIR que hizo esa última solicitud.

En pocas palabras, ese RIR recibiría 6 /8s, a diferencia de los otros  
que recibirían 5.
