Creo que eso esta un poco exagerado en el articulo (lógicamente es una opinion, no tengo datos objetivos para saberlo). Yo no he visto que el equipo de RIPE haya cambiado antes y después de esta política … y creo que en proporción a la demanda de la región, parece ajustado a lo que tiene LACNIC.

Pero si fuera el caso, que LACNIC recibe muchas peticiones (que insisto, no lo creo), no tendría que ajustarse el equipo igualmente, independientemente de esta o aquella política?

    Muy buen artículo. Definitivamente es útil tener una política que contemple estos casos. Ahora me surgen nuevas dudas. El artículo indica que "...we have created a team of dedicated IP Resource Analysts to ensure that these kinds of requests are handled efficiently". ¿Qué recursos tiene LACNIC para tener un equipo dedicado a esto? ¿Será necesaria la creación de un grupo especializado? ¿Cómo impacta en los recursos?
