Ninguno de los miembros del ASO/AC pueden hablar individualmente por el órgano.
Pero igual, si a ti aún así te suena necesario sugiero que haga la pregunta al 
chair.

Y creo que cabe también a la persona que envió el email a la lista de Afrinic 
aclarar su posición. Nadie puede contestar por ella.
