Gracias por la aclaración, caro Oscar. De todas maneras, es preocupante 
involucrar agentes reguladores de telco en las capas de decisión de los 
RIRs, mismo que sea algo temporal.

El tema me parece muy relevante, ya que puede afectar la naturaleza de 
la gobernanza de los RIRs.
