[LACNIC/Politicas] propuesta LAC-2020-3 v5: El Análisis de Impacto es Obligatorio

Durante el almuerzo alguien me hizo un comentario interesante para el debate de esta propuesta.

ARIN ha actualizado recientemente su PDP, y en el mismo se ha incorporado la obligatoriedad del análisis de impacto en un plazo máximo de 14 días.
