Entiendo que tu también piensas que se debe poder asignar recursos a individuos y no solo a organizaciones?

El tema de precios efectivamente, no tiene que ver con las políticas, como mencione en otro correo. Igualmente pienso que se debería “pagar” el derecho de uso basado en un argumento absolutamente progresivo/por dirección, como se hace en APNIC. Bajo mi punto de vista es el RIR más “justo" en este sentido.
