Se me ocurre que en Windows se adoptará pronto, ya que quien entiendo
tiene a cargo el area de networking de Windows es co-autor conmigo de
este otro trabajo
<https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-6man-default-iids>, que
basicamente dice "por default, todo el mundo deberia usar RFC7217".

Dado el status de este document (Std Track), se supone que eventualmente
todo el mundo implementará RFC7217.

REspecto a Solaris, vy a chequear con uno de sus developers con los que
tengo contacto fluido, y te digo.
