Respuesta del NRO a comentarios de ITU (International Telecommunication 
Union) en referencia a la administración de Direcciones IP (Internet Protocol).

El 21 de octubre de 2004, el director del ITU TSB (Telecommunications 
Standardization Bureau) publicó el memorando: "ITU and Internet Governance" 
(ITU y el Gobierno de Internet), para comentario público.
El NRO (Number Resource Organization), ha presentado una respuesta pública 
en nombre de los Registros Regionales de Internet: APNIC, ARIN, LACNIC y 
RIPE NCC.

NRO Response to ITU Comments on the Management of Internet Protocol (IP) 
Addresses

On 21 October 2004, the Director of ITU TSB (Telecommunications 
Standardization Bureau) published a memorandum, "ITU and Internet 
Governance" for public comment.  The Number Resource
Organization (NRO) offered a public response on behalf
of the Regional Internet Registries: APNIC, ARIN, LACNIC and RIPE NCC.
