      _Objetivo de la Posición_

Dirigir el Área de Servicios diseñando y desarrollando las estrategias 
de relacionamiento y servicios a la membresía, así como el monitoreo de 
indicadores clave para su mejora continua.

LACNIC, the Internet Address Registry for Latin America and the 
Caribbean, is inviting qualified candidates to apply for this position.

LACNIC is an international, non-government organization based in 
Montevideo, Uruguay. It is responsible for assigning and managing 
Internet number resources for the region of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Its mission is to lead the creation of synergies and initiatives for the 
construction of an open, stable and secure Internet at the service of 
the economic, social and cultural development of Latin America and the 
Caribbean.


      _Goal of the Position_

To lead the Services Area, designing and developing strategies for 
member relations and services, as well as monitoring key indicators for 
their continuous improvement.
