*Celebramos los 15 años con más de 7.000 asociados*

LACNIC superó los 7.000 asociados en América Latina y el Caribe en 
momentos que celebra sus 15 años como Registro Regional de Internet (RIR).

La cifra de organizaciones miembros en los 33 territorios de alcance de 
LACNIC se duplicó en los últimos tres años y llegó este mes a 7.051 
asociados.

Entre los asociados de LACNIC se cuenta con las empresas de 
telecomunicaciones más importantes del mundo, las organizaciones de la 
sociedad civil y universidades más influyentes de la región, así como 
las oficinas de los gobiernos de los países de América Latina y el Caribe.

LACNIC ultrapassou os 7000 associados na América Latina e o Caribe em 
momentos em que comemora seus 15 anos como Registro Regional da Internet 
(RIR).

O número de organizações membros nos 33 territórios de abrangência de 
LACNIC foi dobrado nos últimos três anos e neste mês atingiu os 7051 
associados.

Os associados de LACNIC incluem as principais empresas de 
telecomunicações do mundo, as organizações da sociedade civil e 
universidades mais influentes da região, bem como os escritórios dos 
governos dos países da América Latina e o Caribe.

O Brasil é o país com maior número de associados, seguido da Argentina, 
México, Chile e Colômbia.

*Celebrating Our 15th Anniversary with More than 7,000 Members*

LACNIC is celebrating its 15th anniversary as a Regional Internet 
Registry (RIR) with more than 7,000 members in Latin America and the 
Caribbean.

The number of member organizations in the 33 territories included in the 
LACNIC service region doubled over the past three years. This month, the 
organization reached 7,051 members.

LACNIC members include the world's leading telecommunications companies, 
the most influential civil society organizations and universities of the 
region, as well as government agencies of the countries of Latin America 
and the Caribbean.

Brazil is the country with the highest number of members, followed by 
Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
