Javier,

Goalbit un servidor y player p2p streaming opensource escrito por un grupo
de uruguayos muy talentosos. Estuvieron en Maastrich en el IETF contando su
experiencia al wg.

Si te interesa te paso los contactos. Cuando le consulté qué pasó con
seguir involucrado, básicamente tiene otras prioridades.
