[Ietf-lac] cancelación del IETF108 en Madrid

Jordi,

Una pena porque sabemos todo el trabajo y empeño que has invertido durante
muchos años para que eso suceda. Esperemos que pronto Madrid pueda ser sede
luego de estas circunstancias extraordinarias.
