¿Cómo están? Tenemos la alegría de compartir con uds que este lunes 14 
de septiembre lanzamos el Programa de Mentoreo de IT Women

El programa busca impulsar una nueva generación de mujeres técnicas que 
se acerquen a la comunidad de LACNIC. Puntualmente, elegiremos 6 colegas 
interesadas en producir un trabajo técnico que recibirán el 
acompañamiento de un mentor, capacitaciones técnicas y en habilidades 
blandas, y la oportunidad de presentar su trabajo como charla relámpago 
en un evento de LACNIC.

Dear all,

I hope this email finds you well. We are excited to share with you that 
this past Monday September 14, LACNIC launched the IT Women Mentoring 
Program <https://www.lacnic.net/4883/2/lacnic/mentoring-program>.

The program seeks to bring closer to the LACNIC community a new 
generation of female technical professionals. We will select 6 women 
interested in producing a technical paper; each will receive the support 
of a mentor, access to technical and soft-skills trainings, and the 
opportunity to present their work has a lightening talk at a LACNIC event.
