Todo es posible...

Esa es una de las "alternativas" que en su momento algunos manejamos como
mecanismos que van en favor de una corrida de solicitud de direcciones IPv4
en nuestra región.
Además, el hecho de que en nuestra región no sea necesario disponer de
sistema autónomo (asignado por la propia LACNIC) para solicitar direcciones,
hasta podría facilitar (aunque solo sea un poco) esa alternativa.

Con esto no digo que sea bueno exigir AS para solicitar direcciones IP...
sino que (en mi opinión) la ausencia podría simplificar la solicitud y el
uso de las direcciones.

La pregunta podría formularse de esta manera:

- Con las políticas actuales, que impide que alguien que NO tenga Sistema
Autónomo solicitado a LACNIC, haga un pedido de direcciones IP a LACNIC
(porque tiene una parte de la empresa radicada en la region de LACNIC) y
luego utilice esas direcciones publicándolas al mundo desde un AS de APNIC,
RIPE, ARIN o AFRINIC ???
