[lacnog] [GPF] Global Peering Forum 2020: Call for Presentations

The Global Peering Forum will have its 2020 meeting in San Diego,
California/US from April 20-23, 2020.


 GPF (https://www.globalpeeringforum.org/) is a global forum that aims to
promote and provide opportunities for collaboration on issues related to
network interconnection, IXPs, peering, CDNs and more.


The GPF 2020 Program Committee invites the Latam and Caribbean Internet
community and If you are interested in presenting on a topic, creating or
participating in a panel, or have a suggestion of a current interconnection
topic for the program committee to explore, please email pc at
globalpeeringforum dot org with your proposed title and an abstract.



*Some important information:*


- Those interested in making paper presentations should send, within the
dates established below:


November 27th – Call for Presentations

January 6th – Abstracts due

January 31st – Presentation slides (draft OK) due

February 10th – First set of topics published

March 9th – Final Agenda published

March 9th – Final presentation slides due

April 20th and 23rd – GPF Program Session


- Full title of the paper to be presented.


- Extended summary plus a draft of the slides or the entire article if
there is one. The extended abstract should be no more than five hundred
(500) words. The Program Committee may, at its discretion, request
additional or supplementary information.


- Full name(s), email address and organization belonging to and/or
representing the interested party(ies).


- Type of work (Short Presentation, Standard Presentation or Tutorial).
