[lacnog] Wifi Hotspot with IPv6 support

Hello Fernando !

Here at the University students, teachers, visitors, are not very 
interested if it's v4 or v6, they're hungry for connectivity. :-)

The need to offer IPv6 over the wireless network, be it NAT64 and now 
more recently I have deployed and tested XLAT is pure survival, because 
we no longer have public address v4 to deliver.

In these cases the wireless controller Ruckus (hotspot) had a problem in 
the captive portal with v6.

Now with a recent update of the firmware is already supported and the 
authentication and identification of the user is via freeradius.

Even if you need an audit, the translation logs are used, ip and source 
port.
