Hi Jordi, I know it's always hard to speculate when there is very little 
information available, but from the ISOC 2018 Budget 
(https://www.internetsociety.org/action-plan/2018/) it mentions 34 
million US dollars of *annual revenue* just from PIR.

Therefore what would be the motivation for ISOC to sell PIR for *just* 
50 million US dollars ? Even if it's double of that I would still be in 
doubt if it's advantage or not to sell for that amount.
