[lacnog] Creating proposals for AFRINIC

Jordi,

I am at the stage where I will be wanting to create some formal
propsals to put befire the AFRINIC community.

You have a LOT of experience doing this sort of thing.  So I want
to ask you if you will hold my hand and give me some guidance
on how to go about the whole thing.

I have no idea even how to properly begin.  Is there a formal
sort of format that I must follow?
