Creo que esta mensaje y la anterior sobre la asignación de ASN a AfriNic 
nos muestran la importancia de continuar evitando la posibilidad de 
transferir ASN de 32 bits y bloques de IPv6 entre RIRs con la 
justificación de evitar una re numeración.

Tenemos la oportunidad de trabajar de una manera más organizada, 
principalmente con respecto a las asignaciones de IPv6 y hay muchos 
tipos de filtros que se pueden hacer en función de estos bloques 
asignados por IANA.
Creo que es de interés de muchos actores que siempre se mantengan 
organizados de esta manera (ya que no hay excusa para los escasez) y que 
eventualmente en los casos específicos si es necesario re numerarlos.
