Típico problema de PMTUD que esta siendo filtrado en algún punto del camino.
Prueba a bajar la MTU de tu router a 1.280, solo por probar, y si funciona, hay que usar herramientas como Scamper, para saber donde …

Cabe mencionar que la página de inicio funciona bien y que yo sepa es la única página v6 que no sirve.
Si resuelve bien y llego bien tanto en v4 como v6, pero en v6 siempre da el mismo error:
