No creo que sea una buena idea por la siguiente razón.
En algún momento, AfriNic ganará este litigio y podrá recuperar todas
las direcciones utilizadas fuera de las políticas actuales de lo RIR.
Como la propuesta de RPKI AS0 también fue aprobada allí, AfriNic firmará
automáticamente ROA con AS0 esta dirección hasta que sea distribuida
nuevamente a otros miembros que realmente necesiten desarrollar Internet
en el continente africano.
Si la comunidad empieza a filtrar estas direcciones, seguramente muchos
se olvidarán y cuando se asignen a nuevos miembros puede haber problemas
de comunicación para estos miembros.
Similar a lo que se hace hoy, en mi opinión, hoy se hace erróneamente
con 240.0.0.0/4.
