We are excited to announce that the Call for Speakers is now OPEN for 
the 2023 FIRST Regional Symposium for the Latin America and Caribbean 
Region.

The FIRST symposium will be co-located with LACNIC 40 / LACNOG 2023 and 
co-hosted by LACNIC andCERT.br/NIC.br, inFortaleza, Brazil - October 
4-5, 2023.

*Call for Speakers-*The Program Committee is now collecting speaker 
submissions for the event. Be sure to submit talks*by/July 31^st , 2023/.*
