I realize that this is not a policy message, however, on behalf of ARIN,
I would like to take the opportunity to offer congratulations to LACNIC
on celebrating its first anniversay of operations.  This has been a very
good year for LACNIC.  We at ARIN value our relationship with LACNIC and
look forward to the future.  Again, our best wishes and congratulations.
