[LACNIC/Politicas] Next proposal to discuss: LAC-2007-01 Modifications to the IPv6 Prefix Initial Allocation Policy

The deadline was for submitting new proposals to be considered for
call to consensus during the Public Forum.
New versions of those proposals are not a problem.
Even entirely new proposals can be submitted, simply they can not be
called for consensus during the Forum.
