[LACNIC/Politicas] Next proposal to discuss: LAC-2007-01 Modifications to the IPv6 Prefix Initial Allocation Policy

Hi Pedro,

Let's update it to version 4. And I think we should change the "Rationale"
and just say something like "to remove technical practices from allocation
policies" (as a similar policy was approved in most other RIRs).

What do you think?
Other list members: is there consensus on this policy?
Comments (in favor or not)?
