Propõe-se acrescentar uma consideração que limite o uso dos endereços
IPv4 designados
ou alocados pelo LACNIC à região que atende.



JUSTIFICAÇÃO:



Cada um dos RIRs tem uma quantidade limitada e diferente de endereços
IPv4 “livres”
e um conjunto de necessidades diferente. Por isso, existem regiões no mundo
nas que o esgotamento de endereços IPv4 será anterior ao esgotamento dos
mesmos na região do LACNIC. Como pode existir a possibilidade de que uma
organização de uma outra região pretenda obter endereços do LACNIC e usá-los
em dita região, pretende-se limitar o uso dos endereços alocados ou
designados pelo LACNIC à região que ele atende.



TEXTO DA PROPOSTA:



2.3.1- Introdução



Neste capítulo será descrito como um Registro da Internet (para
futuras referências,
este conceito compreende Provedores de Serviços da Internet e Registros
Nacionais da Internet) pode obter uma alocação de endereços IPv4 e como esse
espaço alocado deverá ser administrado.



Em qualquer caso, considera-se que os endereços alocados e/ou designados pelo
LACNIC deberão ser usados dentro da região de serviço do LACNIC. (Opcional)
O anterior significa que debem ser anunciados pelos Sistemas Autônomos
pertencentes à região de serviço do LACNIC.

PROPOSAL SUMMARY:



This proposal seeks to add a consideration that limits the use of the
IPv4 addresses
assigned or allocated by LACNIC to the region served by this



organization.



RATIONALE:



Each RIR has a different limited number of "free" IPv4 addresses and a
different set of needs. Consequently, in some regions IPv4 addresses will be
exhausted before they are exhausted in the LACNIC region. Because an
organization from another region might try to obtain IPv4 addresses from
LACNIC and use them in the other region, this proposal seeks to restrict the
use of the addresses assigned or allocated by LACNIC to the region it
serves.



PROPOSAL TEXT:



2.3.1- Introduction



This chapter describes how an Internet Registry (for future reference,
this concept
encompasses Internet Service Providers and National Internet Registries) may
obtain an IPv4 address allocation and how that allocated space must be
administrated.



All addresses allocated and/or assigned by LACNIC must be used within LACNIC's
service region. (optional) The above means that they must be announced by
Autonomous Systems belonging to LACNIC's service region.
