Hola Nico..

Qué bueno que salga esta propuesta! Siempre hemos estado hablando de esto
en diferentes grupos. Creo que no hay duda de que LACNIC debería
implementarlo. En todo caso, habrá que discutir los detalles de para
quienes, si debe ser con costo o no, cómo sería el proceso de
implementación, incluso cuál es el ámbito adecuado para estas discusiones..
Pero sin duda, es una muy buena iniciativa.
