Hola,

Quiero manifestar mi apoyo, en principio, a esta propuesta.

Y digo en principio, porque la única versión aceptable es en castellano y parece que se ha presentado en inglés, así que mi apoyo está supeditado al texto final en castellano.

Yo estaba en la reunión de APNIC cuando se presentó allí, y sobre la marcha le preparé al autor una traducción ajustada al manual de políticas de LACNIC.

Así mismo, yo mismo he presentado esta propuesta en AFRINIC, y otros autores también la han presentado en RIPE. Supongo que a corto plazo se presentará también en ARIN.
