Muy clara tu explicación, muchas gracias.

Si estoy entendiendo bien, tú asumes que al exigir este requisito (IPv6 
operativo en la red) a quienes necesiten transferir IPv4 y no lo 
quieran/puedan hacer, dejarán de realizar la transferencia de recursos?
