Hola lista,

Con respecto a la política propuesta, desde que no cause un gran trabajo
operativo para LACNIC, ya que la verificación ya será realizada por
LAC-2019-9 y realice los ajustes de idioma en español para una mejor
comprensión, estoy de acuerdo con la propuesta.

No creo que reduzca aún más las bajas transferencias como se muestra. El
propósito no es hacerlos más difíciles.

Tampoco creo que los ISP pequeños no tengan las condiciones financieras
para contratar a un técnico o administrador para que realice los ajustes
necesarios para el anuncio de las rutas IPv6 de la manera correcta, para
satisfacer el requisito.

De hecho, creo que la transferencia de bloques de IPv4 ni siquiera es
necesaria en el futuro, debido al avance cada vez mayor en la adopción de
IPv6.
