[LACNIC/Politicas] comentario respecto de participación de staff y directorio

Hola a todos,

El comentario que he hecho, que no ha entrado en micrófono abierto:

Respecto de lo que comenta Fernando del directorio … como dije anteriormente, tengo sentimientos encontrados, siempre he defendido que tanto el staff como el directorio son miembros de la comunidad y deben participar.

Pero es cierto que cuentan con información privilegiada o en diferentes tiempos que la comunidad, y que eso en cierto modo modifica las cosas. Eso se ha demostrado en varias ocasiones.

Concretamente el directorio, si queremos que haya una imparcialidad estricta, deberíamos crear un comité de apelaciones (como ocurre en otros RIRs) y así no habría conflicto, porque el tema de la ratificación no lo veo como conflicto si de verdad se busca solo “no ratificar” en casos en que se ponga en riesgo LACNIC (organización).
