[LACNIC/Politicas] direcciones en cuarentena y AS0

Hola Carlos, todos,

Hoy se ha comentado esta cuestión y tu respuesta me ha puesto en grave duda al respecto.

La política que hemos ratificado habla de "recursos numéricos de Internet no distribuidos o no asignados". Queda claro que no indica "inicialmente", y lo confirma en otro párrafo donde indica "recursos numéricos de Internet aún no distribuidos ni asignados o bien para los recursos recuperados o devueltos".

Los recursos que están en cuarentena, entiendo que son recuperados o devueltos.

Eso permite además que el AS0 sea una herramienta para evitar el hijacking de recursos que están en cuarentena, y por tanto, facilitar su "limpieza".

Por lo tanto, creo que no tenemos que "pensarlo", sino que es "obligatorio" que sean incorporados al AS0.

Salvo que me haya perdido en algo o lo haya malinterpretado en la sesión esta noche?
