[LACNIC/Politicas] Nueva versión de la propuesta LAC-2020-1

Hola a todos,

Teniendo en cuenta los elementos siguientes:

- Hoy en día, no existe dificultad o falta de materiales o tutoriales para
una implementación mínima del protocolo IPv6. Si la empresa no lo sabe,
puede contratar a un técnico o un tercero.

- Si alguien tiene una necesidad urgente de sobrevivir a IPv4, es una señal
de que no hizo su homework.

- Si implementar IPv6 es una barrera o una molestia, algo anda mal.

- Desde mi punto de vista, las transferencias de bloques de IPv4 demuestran
un retraso en la adopción de IPv6, aunque las estadísticas muestran lo
contrario. Puede indicar un acto de desesperación por continuar con los
mecanismos y acomodaciones del CGNAT: "déjalo así, no hace falta que lo
toquemos".

- Internet depende de la colaboración de todos y un compromiso mínimo con
IPv6 en sus redes es fundamental para que todos puedan disfrutar de una
mejor experiencia de navegación para sus usuarios y un equilibrio para
Internet.

- el autor aclaró los puntos de duda y presentó una nueva versión muy clara
y objetiva.


Con eso, estoy de acuerdo con la propuesta.
