[LACNIC/Politicas] retirada de propuesta LAC-2021-3

Hola a todos,

Dada la discusión que tuvimos en el FPP anterior, los análisis de impacto y el acercamiento de ambas propuestas (LAC-2021-3 y la original LAC-2019-7), ya no tiene sentido tener dos propuestas de este tema, ya que son prácticamente idénticas, así que tal y como les indiqué a los moderadores hace unas semanas, queda retirada (que no abandonada) la propuesta LAC-2021-3, en favor de la nueva versión de la LAC-2019-7.

Envío este correo a petición de los moderadores, pues por mi parte pensé que era suficiente el intercambio de correos que tuvimos al respecto hace dos semanas.
