Hola Simón,
No, no hay ningún ere-requisito para participar. Sin embargo, algunos
comentarios:
- el IETF no es un evento ni de operaciones ni de capacitación, es un
evento de estandarización
- por esto, uno tiene que tener bien claro a que uno va a al IETF, y las
respuestas pueden ser varias:
- para participar o comenzar a participar en el proceso de
definición de documentos
- para contactar con los autores de diferentes documentos
- “para entender como funciona”, parece loco, pero para mi fue
la motivación para convencer a mi jefe en 2006 para ir a mi primer IETF
(Dallas)
Este ultimo análisis es personal de cada uno o de cada organización, y
todas las motivaciones son válidas. Solamente hay que tener claras las
expectativas y preparar el evento con antelación.
