Actually just to complement, below are the figures of revenue from PIR 
from 2017, 2018 e 2019 budgets. So it doesn't seem to have any decrease 
or loss that could put in risk the organization to fulfill its mission 
based in this recent historic.

2017 - USD 29.5 million
2018 - USD 34.6 million
2019 - USD 34.1 million

Therefore with lack of detailed information it remains difficult to 
understand the reasoning behind this deal. Perhaps they will come soon 
and this can be pacified.
