Esto también demuestra la necesidad de acordar una política bien clara 
para inhibir que muchas organizaciones que ya tienen asignaciones abran 
otras compañías solamente 'en papel' solo para recibir otro / 22 y algún 
tiempo después para "comprar y fusionarse".
