[LACNIC/Politicas] IX Points in Latin Americas

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering that if there is anyone currently working or in the past worked
with Internet Exchange Points in latin american countries, if they can contact
with me offlist, I would like to ask some questions about a new internet
exchange point which will be "hopefully" formed in Puerto Rico and we have a
lot of interests to peer within other IXs in latin america.
