Hola a todos,

Como teniamos ganas de seguir discutiendo, Gustavo y yo tambien hemos estado
viendo este tema que propuso Nicolas a la lista.

Creemos que seria oportuna una redacciona alternativa en lugar de eliminar
el punto d):

d) Anunciar en el sistema de rutas inter-dominio de Internet un único
bloque, que agregue toda la asignación de direcciones IPv6 recibida, salvo
que se justifique a LACNIC la imperiosa necesidad de desagregarlo. En la
justificación se deberá documentar en cuantos bloques se desea desagregar.
La información de la justificación se hará pública para que los operadores
puedan tomar las medidas necesarias. Esta desagregación, si se justifica,
solo podrá realizarse mientras no existan otras alernativas. Este anuncio
debe de realizarse en un plazo no mayor de 12 meses desde la recepción del
espacio de direcciones.

Instead of deleting d), as proposed by Nicolas, we believe that it may be
better an alternative wording such as:

d) Announce as a single-aggregated block all the allocation of IPv6
received, to the inter-domain routing system of Internet, unless an
unavoidable need to deaggregate can be justified to LACNIC. The
justification will document how many blocks are being deaggregated. The
justification information will be made public so other operators could take
any required measures. This deaggregation, if justified, will be possible
only while there are no other alternatives to avoid it. The announce of the
allocated addressing space must be done within 12 months after the
allocation.
