[LACNIC/Politicas] concerns regarding the IANA IP addressing function in the transition process

Hi Carlos A.,
  Very interesting what you are mentioning, I never worried about until
last week where I heard few things regarding this role. This is very
obvious since RIRs get IP resources from IANA. Anyway, Lacnic had a
Webex call where they invited many people including this mailing list.
  Is it time for a new global policy?
