[LACNIC/Politicas] LAC-2018-13 v4 - sobre la aceptación del AUP

Hola a todos,

Como habéis visto en el correo anterior, uno de los aspectos que se discute respecto de esta propuesta es la necesidad de que sea aceptada expresamente el AUP por los participantes de la lista.

Si recuerdo correctamente, se tiene el "miedo" de que se reduzca la participación si se obliga a aceptar el AUP. Yo creo que eso no tiene ningún sentido, dada la participación actual.

Por favor, tened en cuenta también lo que he comentado que, bajo mi punto de vista, *si o si* en algún momento tendremos que aceptar explícitamente el GDPR.

Así que me gustaría que los que opinan que no debemos aceptar el AUP explícitamente para continuar participando, que indiquen por favor, como creen que debería hacerse (y garantizar que legalmente sea aceptable).
